Abstracts for oral presentations and posters are solicited for the three themes below. Within each of these themes you are invited to submit an abstract on one or more of the topics included, but not limited to those listed below.

Abstract Formatting for Publication
The formatting of abstracts for publication including fonts, font sizes, underlining, bolding etc. will be done electronically by the Conference Organizers. Section headers (Objective, Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions) will also be electronically formatted by the Conference Organizers.
Acceptance of Abstracts
Compliance with all stated conditions including adherence to the deadline is required. Submitters can print or email their abstract submission confirmation letter. Individuals submitting abstracts agree that if their abstract is accepted, they will attend the meeting and present their abstract as scheduled. The presenting author should be able to answer substantive questions about all aspects of their study.
The Program Committee reserves the right to decide whether a submission will be accepted, and the right to determine the presentation form. The Organizing Committee will notify authors of acceptance and form of presentation by Thursday, August 5, 2010.
Publication and Copyright Policy
Accepted abstracts will be published in the CUGH 2010 Conference materials. In addition, presentations will be archived on the CUGH 2010 Conference website. By submitting an abstract, authors and co-authors transfer any copyrights and grant permission to CUGH 2010 Conference to audio/video record oral presentations. A consent release will be signed by the presenter prior to archiving or webcasting the CUGH 2010 presentations.
Poster Specifications
Poster presentation space is limited to the dimensions of 47" x 46" (119 cm x 116 cm). Dimensions are listed by width x height. Push pins are the preferred method to affix your poster to the poster board.
