Advocacy, Policy & Communications Committee
Improving global health outcomes requires effective policy advocacy. CUGH works to strengthen the abilities of its members to communicate to the public and public policymakers and advocate for the policies that support its members and improve the health of people and the planet.
The Advocacy, Policy & Communications Committee identifies advocacy issues and develops policy responses to those issues; shares communication training materials and holds advocacy training programs; mobilizes the global health community in its advocacy efforts; and disseminates relevant material globally. It is committed to bridging the gap between research and policy, mobilizing CUGH members to affect policy change that achieves CUGH’s mission.
The Committee’s work does not represent the position of any individual or any CUGH member.
